Hundreds of HKBU athletes participate in the Hong Kong Marathon

About 530 athletes from HKBU took part in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2019 yesterday. It was the 10th time the University has joined the highly popular event.
Among the HKBU runners, which included staff, students and alumni, around 140 people ran the Full Marathon. Over 100 people also ran the Half Marathon, with a further 290 participating in the 10km race. In addition, HKBU was named as one of the top 10 most supportive groups of the event.
At the marathon, around 40 Chinese Medicine students provided massage therapy to HKBU runners.
