The HKBU Dragon Boat Team was crowned champion in the post-secondary category of the Stanley Dragon Boat Championships 2022, organised by the Stanley Dragon Boat Association and held on 2 October.

The University’s team comprised more than 20 student athletes, with many representing HKBU for the first time. Facing rough seas, the team followed the coach’s advice and made successful tactical adjustments, managed to overcome the tough conditions, and achieved brilliant results, beating four teams from other higher education institution.
