Seven HKBU students receive AIA Scholarships

Seven HKBU first-year undergraduate students received AIA Scholarships 2022-23 in recognition of their outstanding academic performance and commitment to serving the community. The award presentation ceremony was held on 11 September.

The awardees are Chan Ka-lo (BA Arts), Lai Uen-ling (Journalism and Digital Media), Lam Man-in (BA Arts), Lo Pui-chun (Chinese Medicine), Tsang Lo-ki (BA/BSSC), Wong King-to (BA/BSSC) and Wong Yuen-shan (Chinese Medicine). Each recipient will receive an award of HK$50,000 each year throughout their undergraduate studies.

AIA established the AIA Scholarships in 2020 and has pledged US$100 million to support 100 undergraduates every year to pursue studies at universities in Hong Kong over the next few decades.
