HKBU’s Chaplain exchanges with Asian Christian universities

Rev Tse Hung, Chaplain of HKBU attended the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Association of Christian Universities and Colleges in Asia (ACUCA) on 6 and 7 July at Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan. He took the occasion to exchange with representatives from several Asian Christian universities.

The meeting was officiated by Professor Lee Kwang-sup, President of Hannam University and President of ACUCA. Rev Tse, who is the permanent Treasurer of ACUCA, delivered the financial report of the Association. Professor Kitai Kim from Hannam University, Secretary-General of ACUCA, shared the progress of the Association’s latest flagship project “Micro Degree Program”. He said that the pilot stage was successful with the participation of several hundreds of students and staff members from multiple tertiary institutions in Asia.

ACUCA is an exchange and collaboration platform for Asian Christian educational institution. It is dedicated to supporting Christian services at tertiary education institutions.
