HKBU Rugby Team wins championship and second runner-up titles at intercollegiate competition

HKBU Women’s Rugby Team clinches the second runner-up title in the 2024/25 USFHK Rugby Competition.

 

The HKBU Rugby Team delivered an outstanding performance in the 2024-25 University Sports Federation of Hong Kong (USFHK) Rugby Competition.

The competition’s finals took place on 5 January at the main stadium of the Kai Tak Sports Park, which served as the venue’s inaugural test event. The men’s team triumphed over City University of Hong Kong with a score of 10:7, securing their second championship title since 2017/18. The women’s team achieved second runner-up by defeating the Vocational Training Council with a score of 22:7.
