Eight HKBU student athletes honoured at USFHK Annual Prize Presentation Ceremony

Eight HKBU student athletes received awards at the 2024-2025 University Sports Federation of Hong Kong (USFHK) Annual Prize Presentation Ceremony on 27 April.

Chan Ho-yuen (badminton), Lo Wai-fung (taekwondo) and Ma Kwan-ching (windsurfing), who represented Hong Kong at last year’s Olympic and Paralympic Games and made history, were honoured with “Hall of Fame” awards. 

Additionally, five athletes who delivered outstanding performances in intercollegiate competitions were also recognised. Tse Lai-lam (volleyball), Tsui Wai-lap (rugby) and Siu Chun-kong (dragon boat) were named Most Valuable Players, while Choi Wing-yan (cross country race) and Shing Cho-yan (athletics) won Individual Champions.
