Small Potato BIG Dream is dedicated to providing tailored baking training for individuals with high-functioning special educational needs (SEN) and equipping them with transferable soft skills. It fosters an inclusive workplace, provides job opportunities and showcases the unique talents of the SEN participants, thereby enhancing their employability and supporting their transition into the workforce.
Organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Challenge aims to encourage innovative solutions for building inclusive societies and inspire entrepreneurs to address societal needs through sustainable business models.
