HKBU holds flag-raising ceremony on HKSAR Establishment Day

Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) held a flag-raising ceremony on campus today (1 July) in the morning in celebration of the HKSAR Establishment Day. About a hundred participants, including Council and senior management team members, staff members, alumni and students of the University, attended the ceremony.

The flag-raising was conducted by the HKBU Student Flag-raising Team. During the rendition of the national anthem, the team raised the national flag alongside the Hong Kong SAR flag and the HKBU flag.

By witnessing the national flag being raised on campus, the HKBU community gathered and celebrated the 26th anniversary of Hong Kong’s reunification with its motherland.
