Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) has made a remarkable advancement in the 2026 Asia University Rankings released by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), rising from 71st last year to 53rd. This marks HKBU’s best performance in this ranking exercise since 2016, reflecting significant improvements in areas including academic reputation, employer reputation, inbound exchange students and outbound exchange students. The University is greatly encouraged by the ranking results and views them as an important reference for its ongoing commitment to excellence in teaching, learning and research standards. HKBU will further strengthen its student exchange programmes and contribute to Hong Kong’s development as an international hub for education.
